C.ex Group

The C.ex Group is one of the largest sports clubs in regional NSW. Over 30,000 members and guests use the group's services, and profits are invested back into the community.

With the growth of the C.ex Group, they began to lag behind in the area of technology. As they began operating across multiple sites, this was impacting productivity and increasing print costs.

In collaboration with C.ex management, our team at Colourworks was able to identify pain points. A Print Management Plan solution was developed to reduce costs and increase productivity for all business units across the organisation, including the automated ordering of machine consumables.

The right sizing of the C.ex print fleet and the implementation of the uniFLOW print management software have given the IT department and operations full visibility over the output and usage of individual printers and multifunctional devices, increased document security and a reduction in waste across the group.
