When you notice toner running out, it could already be too late. With eConsumables, your MFD stays in contact with Canon Australia and we monitor toner consumption closely for you.
Update firmware automatically
Canon's eMaintenance service ensures that the firmware of its devices remains up to date by automatically checking for the latest firmware versions and installing them. This service helps maintain device functionality and security by ensuring that all updates are applied promptly without requiring manual intervention.
Please ensure your device remains powered on continuously. It will automatically switch to a deep sleep mode to minimise power usage. This allows the device to send automatic toner alerts and monthly meter readings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

- When new toner cartridges are en route to your location, we'll immediately notify you by email.
- Keep an eye out for their arrival! If a week passes without a delivery, please get in touch with us for assistance.
- Upon receipt, please store the toner cartridges safely near the designated device, ensuring they're ready for action when needed
