Scan to email not working
If a fault occurs, Colourworks will gladly assist in resolving it by updating the settings on the copier. However, we cannot make assumptions about the settings. There are several variables involved.
Settings can generally be obtained through IT; in many cases, they can fix the fault by correcting server settings. If you have no access to IT, we can help identify updated settings. To do this, we need to know what has changed since scanning last worked.
This can include but not be limited to:
- New internet provider
- Changed password
- Deleted user account
