WHY does Colourworks collects and uses personal data?
Colourworks collects and uses personal data for the following reasons:
i. In order to enter into a contract with you and to fulfill the contract’s obligations
ii. To comply with Government and regulatory bodies

The Personal Information we store shall be kept no longer than for the purposes required by Colourworks. In most cases 5-years after the end of the agreement or your relationship with Colourworks.
