Rovert Accounts Payable Cloud Solution

Rovert has worked with the Colourworks team to streamline their manual invoice entry process.

Initially, three staff members manually sorted invoices from three sites, stored in cabinets by supplier names, leading to difficulties in accessing specific invoices and handling duplicates.

To combat these challenges, the company adopted a new cloud-based solution. This reduced AP tasks to potentially only an hour a day for one person. This has freed up staff to be more productive and involved in other business areas.

The digital system provides all sites with real-time access, manages duplicate invoices, and integrates purchase orders. Instead of paper storage, invoices are now digitally created or scanned and saved in the cloud platform, ensuring easy access across the company.
